MANILA, Philippines — Several vehicles belonging to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) were issued tickets by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) for using the exclusive bus lane on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) on Tuesday morning. DOTr’s Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT) said the driver of an L300 van had a fake license and no registration for the vehicle.
